I had the great opportunity to speak at Eaton’s offsite event, attended by around 100 employees, where I shared my personal journey of transformation—from a delicate, under-confident and clueless girl to a naval officer, athlete, health and life transformation coach, and author. It was also a book signing for my book Unfetter, and I was deeply moved by the overwhelming response, with many attendees touched and inspired by my story.
