I had the privilege of running 21 km at the TATA Mumbai Marathon to support Arpan, the NGO addressing Child Sexual Abuse (CSA) irrespective of socio-economic background, gender, sexuality, caste, religion and political affiliation. Arpan not only imparts essential prevention services to children in schools, they also provide psychotherapeutic support to adolescent girls and boys in shelter homes who have been sexually abused or trafficked. This cause is very close to my heart.
